1. Purpose
The present conditions govern the sale of products between Chérie Chérie Bijoux and its professional customers (physical boutiques, concept stores, marketplaces, distributors, etc.) via the website www.cheriecheriebijouxpro.com. By placing an order, the buyer accepts the present conditions fully and without reservation.
2. Conditions of access
Sales are strictly reserved for boutiques and professionals. Chérie Chérie Bijoux reserves the right to request proof of the buyer’s professional activity (VAT number, SIRET/NIF, company name, etc.).
3. Products
All products offered on this site are stainless steel costume jewelry pieces, available for wholesale (with minimum quantities per reference).
Characteristics, prices, minimum quantities and availability are indicated on each product sheet. Chérie Chérie Bijoux reserves the right to modify its catalog without notice.
4. Awards
Prices are expressed in euros (€), excluding VAT and shipping costs, which will be added to the final summary of the order. Chérie Chérie Bijoux reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed. The minimum order amount is €200.
5. Controls
To place an order, the customer must register and provide tax and delivery information.
Once the order has been validated, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with the details and total amount. The order will not be considered final until full payment has been received.
6. Payment methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
- Bank transfer (please indicate order number for payment attribution)
- Credit card (simple, secure payment at no cost to the buyer)
- Paypal (simple and secure payment method)
- Bizum
Payment information is communicated at the time of order confirmation. Preparation of the order will begin once payment has been confirmed.
7. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Barcelona via courier companies. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from confirmation of payment, except in cases of force majeure. Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of order and may vary according to destination and volume. We reserve the right to increase this amount in the case of particularly heavy or bulky packages.

Delivery times are estimated between 48 and 72 working hours for Spain and France, and between 2 and 5 working days for the rest of Europe.
For special orders, lead times will be established individually as far as possible.
Delivery times are given as an indication and without guarantee. Delays will not give rise to any discount or compensation. The consignee assumes all risks associated with the transport of goods.

9. Service
Bulk orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. In the event of problems or discrepancies, we will contact you before dispatch. Please note that all orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not available, we will not send an equivalent without your prior agreement. If your order has already been paid for, a credit note or refund will be issued for the missing products, or for the full amount if the order is cancelled. We reserve the right to set minimum or maximum quantities per reference.
Due to the volume of orders, modifications or refunds will be made directly on invoice, without prior communication if an item is missing.
10. Returns and complaints
No returns will be accepted except in the following cases:
- Defective product
- Order picking error
In such cases, the customer must report the problem by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving the products, enclosing photos if necessary. Once the problem has been verified, a replacement or credit note will be offered. No returns will be accepted in the event of a change of mind or for items that have been used or tampered with. It is essential to contact us before any return procedure.
11. Liability
Chérie Chérie Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, logistical problems, etc.).

13. Applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless otherwise provided by law.
